+ Do's & Dont's

• Don’t leave in room temperature for more than 30 minutes.
• Never leave in the heat.
• Do be mindful of pesky smells that might absorb into the gems when storing in the fridge or freezer (it could turn into a stink bomb).
• When freezing, please wrap tightly and securely, they can last up to 6 months if sealed properly. Preferably, vacuum seal to ensure the longevity and avoid freezer burn. NOTE: BOHO Gems freeze superbly (woo-hoo!) and are very durable!
• When storing in fridge secure tightly and they’ll last up to 5 days.
  

+ How do I store my Boho Gems or my Familigia-size Gems?

IF RECEIVED BY MAIL: Take the Gem(s) out of the BOHO Box, place in freezer until they set to help to reduce additional damage (if any) to the glaze or gem whilst in transport; approximately 60 min for both box or famiglia size gems. Take out of the freezer approximately 15 minutes prior to serving (depending how long you left in the freezer), cut seal and place on your selected dessert stand or plate and get the party started!

LOCAL DELIVERY: Keep in BOHO box, in the refrigerator until time to serve or read RECEIVED BY MAIL if gems are vacuumed sealed.

+ How do I travel with my Boho Box in the car?

Ideally, place in the trunk of your car on a flat surface. If your trunk is full (no questions asked) then place behind the seat, flat on the floor of the driver or passenger side.

+ How long will my Boho Gem(s) last?

If tightly covered or plastic wrapped in the refrigerator they can last up to 5 days. If vacuum sealed, they can be left in the freezer up to 6 months.

+ How many people do your Boho Gems serve?

Note: Gem servings will vary depending on who slices them and who’s super ready to chow down!

BOHO BOX Sampler or BOHO BOX Select: Serves 7 or up to 14 if the gems are cut in half.

FAMIGLIA (by Request only): One Gem serves approximately 12-16.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

72 hours minimum for cancelling all local orders. 5 Business days minimum for cancelling all shipping orders.

+ Do you accept returns?

No. Bohemian Pantry is not responsible for transit issues, improper serving or storage of Gems.

+ When is payment due?

Payment is due in full on all orders once order is placed. Should you cancel within the noted policy requirements, you will be refunded 100%.
